Simple exercises to create balance in 16 minutes

Here are a few more exercises to help you create and keep better balance so that you can prevent falls and stay strong while building bone density.  Good for all levels of strength and balance.  

Don't forget, you can hold on to a wall or counter! 

As you get better and better at your balance, try standing in the middle of a room, on a plush carpet or outside on the grass.  Get really adventurous and try it on a paddle board.  See if you can find other ways to balance, like raising up onto the ball of the foot of your standing leg.
